Vocal Remover AI is built to provide reliable AI audio separation for creators, students, producers, and karaoke makers. If something goes wrong with a purchase, we will review the issue fairly and respond through our support channel.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if the service was not delivered, a technical issue prevented reasonable use, or you purchased the wrong plan by mistake and have not materially used the included credits or benefits.

Refund eligibility may depend on account activity, credit usage, completed tasks, payment provider rules, and applicable law.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@vocalremove.net from the email address connected to your account. Include your order email, approximate purchase date, plan name, and a short explanation of the issue.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are submitted to the payment provider after review. The time for funds to appear in your account depends on your card issuer, bank, wallet provider, or payment processor.

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel a subscription to stop future renewals. Cancellation does not automatically refund past payments or already delivered credits, unless required by law or approved under this policy.

Exceptions

We generally do not provide refunds for fully used credits, completed audio processing tasks, abuse of promotional offers, violations of the Terms of Service, chargeback misuse, or requests made after the refund window unless required by law.
